The buyers – All buyers are carefully selected and invited to attend. They are all pre-qualified to ensure that they have procurement responsibility and decision-making power. Each buyer will be asked to relate their proposed purchasing plans, identifying which products and services they are intending to buy.
The suppliers – An industry related suppliers list is built from the buying trends of confirmed to attend buyers. As a result, competition is limited to ensure that we cover a varied number of industry specific product and services.
As a confirmed supplier or buyer, you will receive an online login where you can upload your profile and information.
The structured, pre-arranged meetings process will begin by using our unique matching software. Buyers make selections as to whom they would like to meet with from the supplier profile information, enabling them to research and select who best fits with their requirements.
Webinars can also be selected by the buyers delivering industry related topics and discussions.
The suppliers will make their selections of who they would like to meet with from the buyer profile information.
Our bespoke virtual software will then create individual personalised itineraries of online meetings and webinars.
On event day, you simply login into your personalised event portal, where your itinerary will be activated and provide you with access to join video meetings hosted by suppliers, at specific times throughout the day.
